THE LEFT'S PASSION FOR VIOLENCE AND THE WAR FOR CIVILIZATION

To grasp what's happening in America today ANTIFA fascism, savaging conservatives, blatant intimidation, attacks on law enforcement and mass shootings you must understand that it's all part of a master plan a journey into darkness whose end can only be vaguely discerned.
Violence is to the left what water is to man-eating sharks.
The left was born in the bloodshed of Revolutionary France (the Reign of Terror and genocide in the Vendee). Later, the Bolsheviks put the Jacobins to shame. Their reign of terror ran for over 70 years and included mass executions, slave-labor camps, planned famine, purge trials, secret police, prisons from which no one emerged and, finally, the gulags.
In the streets of Weimar Germany, National Socialists fought International Socialists (communists). The result was the horrors of the Third Reich, which Stalin facilitated until Hitler turned on him.
Since the end of World War II, the left has waged a relentless assault on humanity through agitation, insurrection and the totalitarian state Castro's coup, communist guerrilla movements, the Cultural Revolution, the student uprisings of the '60s and the Cambodian genocide, up to the "Resistance," ANTIFA and a Democratic Party now in the grip the far left.
In the past few weeks:
In New Yok City a gallery owner and immigrant from India was set upon by street thugs for wearing a MAGA cap. He suffered a fractured cheek and swollen eye from having his head smashed into a pole. "It's sad to be beat up for wearing this hat," Jahangir Turan lamented. "This is America." It was America.
A week earlier, ANTIFA goons attacked conservative journalist Andy Ngo, whose "fascism" consisted of videotaping their rallies. Ngo was hospitalized with head injuries. Since it happened in Portland, Oregon (one of the left's municipal enclaves), police, who witnessed the assault, made no arrests.
In May, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a woman who was enraged by a poster that showed aborted children, screamed obscenities at a peaceful pro-life protestor and punched him in the face.
Last November, a mob attacked the home of FOX News host Tucker Carlson, spray painting an anarchist symbol across his driveway, scaring his family and chanting, "Tucker Carlson we will fight. We know where you sleep at night." Got intimidation?
After El Paso and Dayton, another mob descended on the home of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. The obscenities were non-stop, including a woman who urged someone to "Just stab the motherfker in the heart, please!" Their rhetoric gets increasingly ugly; their actions increasingly desperate.
Congressman Joaquin Castro, brother and campaign manager of candidate Julian Castro, has posted the names of Trump donors in the San Antonio area. He hasn't gotten around to issuing hunting licenses, just yet. There's a movie coming out called "The Hunt" about wealthy liberals who hunt and kill "deplorables."
Since the last election, it's been open season on the right. In 2017, James Hodgkinson, a Bernie Sanders volunteer, fired at least 70 rounds at a Republican practice for a Congressional baseball game, severely wounding Rep. Steve Scalise before Capitol police took him out.
Hodgkinson's assault was reminiscent of the 2012 invasion of the Family Research Council by a gunman who wanted to "make a statement" about those opposed to same-sex marriage. Besides his gun, he came armed with a hit list he'd compiled off the website of the extremists of the Southern Poverty Law Center. Floyd Lee Corkins shot a security guard who still managed to disarm him. Corkins was sentenced to 25 years in prison.
Of the Dayton shooter, Connor Betts (who killed 9, including his sister, and wounded 27), the establishment media tell us ad nauseam that he kept "kill" and "rape" lists. What they neglect to mention is that he was a confirmed "leftist" (his word), who supported Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren and ANTIFA. Days before his rampage, Betts Tweeted, "I want socialism and I'll not wait for the idiots to finally come around to understanding." Socialism is a societal death wish. Betts had his own.
The war on law enforcement (local police and ICE in particular) is another milepost on the road to revolution.
The public is appalled by the spectacle of New York City cops being doused with water and hit with flying objects while onlookers applaud and jeer and the police retreat. Even New York Governor Andrew Cuomo (himself a doctrinaire liberal) called the police response "one of the most disturbing and embarrassing actions I've seen."
New York mayor and presidential candidate Bill de Blasio issued a stinging rebuke: "This is not acceptable." (Police officials hint there are stand down orders from City Hall.) In an op-ed, the mayor's son, Dante de Blasio, said the police are a greater menace to "people of color" than drug addicts, the homeless and other urban perils.
Today water. Tomorrow battery acid.
In the aftermath of Ferguson, officers were ambushed and murdered. Protestors chanted "Pigs in a blanket, fry 'em like bacon."
Attacks on ICE gets little coverage. The latest was on a center in Tacoma, Washington by an ANTIFA activist who tried to use incendiary devices to light a propane tank on fire, which would have resulted in multiple deaths of staff and detainees. The perp (who was also armed with a rifle) was shot and killed by police.
Besides being masters of intimidation and mayhem, leftists are skilled propagandists. They've managed to convince the media that victims are aggressors and aggressors are victims. If Middle Americans are "racists" and "fascists," then making blood flow in the streets is almost a civic duty.
The pieces are falling in place. The gears are turning. Law enforcement is hamstrung. ANTIFA is seeing just how far it can go with brown shirt tactics. The agitation to limit civilian gun ownership is getting up steam in the wake of El Paso and Dayton. It's almost guaranteed the next Democratic nominee for president will be a hardcore leftist and slick demagogue.
The revolution is being broadcast live from the streets and the stage of the Democratic debates. It's being guided by a master plan devised decades ago by Antonio Gramsci (false class consciousness), Herbert Marcuse (repressive tolerance) and Saul Alinsky ("Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it").
The plan has been revised and updated by their intellectual heirs Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren and Ocasio-Cortez. But, really, all of the candidates for the Democratic presidential nomination are on board.
More than an attack on America, the revolution is an attack on civilization.
It took millennia to climb out of the muck of autocratic rule, barbarian invasions, the Dark Ages, trial by torture and the rest. Self-government, recognition of basic human rights and a decent standard of living for the average man were bought at the cost of struggle and suffering over generations.
But civilization is fragile. Everything we have could disappear overnight.
The jungle is always lurking at the periphery waiting to make a comeback when our defenses are down. If we accept the left's modus operandi of the past 2 1/2 years, we are doomed.
The prognosis isn't good.
